STUDENT RESPONSE TEAM
In 2020, approximately 25% of students were missing from schools nationally compared to 15% pre-pandemic.
Throughout our years of conducting home visits, we’ve discovered many barriers that prevent students from attending school. In many cases, those barriers were urgent. As such, this presented a great opportunity to get students and families the help they needed. Therefore, we launched a mobile Student Response Team to offer solutions and resources. . The Student Response Team addresses urgent student matters to ensure they have the best chance to succeed socially, emotionally, and academically. Here are a few examples of how we can support your students.
- A student needs a laptop delivered.
- A student has a medical issue and needs a Home and Hospital packet delivered.
- A student needs a care packet delivered (food, toiletries, etc.).
- A student has an immediate wellness concern.
