Our Home Visit Framework effectively addresses chronic absenteeism by leveraging home visits and comprehensive wrap-around services. This compassionate, data-driven approach empowers school staff to connect deeply with students and their families, fostering a supportive and collaborative educational environment that enhances student achievement and growth.

Who We Are

Concentric Educational Solutions started with the belief that ALL students deserve not only a quality education, but also quality non-instructional support systems that are necessary for success. There is no singular solution. Rather, it’s a concerted effort to continuously support students in their journey of academic success and mental wellness.

With this belief in mind, a team of dedicated educators created an integrated model of student support that would fundamentally put students at the core of school functioning.

HOME VISITS

Home visits are an effective tool at improving attendance, increasing family engagement and creating a path for students to return to school.

Mentoring & Tutoring

Our holistic mentoring and tutoring use quality instructional materials, social-emotional learning, and family engagement and involvement.

Professional Development

We offer leadership coaching and lead a variety of rigorous professional development sessions to develop the capacity of school leaders.

Technical Assistance

Concentric Educational Solutions helps schools implement an effective MTSS and two core competencies of the CASEL Social Emotional Learning model.
